  • Illegal Acts: Content that violates local, state, national, or international laws.
  • Phishing & Fraud: Links designed to deceive users or steal personal/financial information.
  • Malware: Links that distribute viruses, trojans, or any malicious software.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence or discrimination against individuals or groups.
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited links in bulk via email, social media, or forums.

Shortxlinks reserves the right to determine what constitutes “unethical” content at its sole discretion.

3. Account Termination & Link Deletion

We reserve the right to monitor links created through our service.

  • Immediate Removal: Any link found to violate our Adult Content or Unethical Use policies will be deleted immediately without notice.
  • Banning: We reserve the right to permanently block users or IP addresses that repeatedly violate these terms.
  • No Compensation: If an account is terminated for policy violations, any associated data or benefits will be forfeited.

  • The links created will stay active indefinitely.

In no event shall Shortxlinks, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. We are not responsible for the content of the websites that our users choose to shorten.
